The team at First Choice Tiling led by Father and son duo, Mansor and Zwaid AlBarry have overseen the development of one of this area most anticipated multi use apartment complexes – Burwood Grand. This massive development which comprises over 3 blocks will house the areas most sought over living and entertainment facilities.
Anson Porperity Group has worked with KannFinch Architects to manage and develop the vision while Decode Builders have been charged with facilitating the completion. First Choice Tiling and Stone have looked after all of the mechanical fixing component of the build. The stone which features both polished and sawn granite pieces with the largest measuring in at 1200 x 900 x 30 mm with a weight of around 87kg are installed onto a variety of different substrates depending on their location.
Throughout the build you will see features wall aplenty and a host of columns. The guys have been instructed to leave a 3 mm open joint to add to the appeal of the natural stone.
Most of the cavities that are called up through the design have been between the 30 to 50 mm mark. The installers have used our 10 mm and 12 mm adjustable clips.
A great testament to all of the parties involved and one that will add to the urban landscape in this increasingly desired suburb
